As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll work closely with our finance team to process invoices, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely payments to our vendors. You'll use tools like QuickBooks, SAP, or similar software to maintain our financial records, and you'll have the chance to develop your skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain and update accounts payable records using QuickBooks, SAP, or similar software.
• Reconcile accounts payable, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and paid on time.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely payments and maintaining positive working relationships.
• Monitor accounts payable aging, identifying and addressing any potential issues.
• Prepare and submit monthly accounts payable reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and projects as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in the interior design or architecture industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and best practices.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
