Point Global Sentosa is looking for a Deputy Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that our documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.

Create and maintain technical documentation for our software products,Work closely with the development team to ensure that our documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Collaborate with other team members to improve our documentation processes,Review and edit technical documentation written by other team members,Ensure that our technical documentation is user-friendly and meets industry standards,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong knowledge of technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare or Confluence,Excellent communication and writing skills in English,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies
