📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all projects.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other documentation as required.
• Train and supervise subcontractors and site workers, ensuring they understand project requirements and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to manage and order materials and equipment.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical input as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role.
• Proficient in using construction management software such as Procore, Primavera, or MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bali.
