📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.,Conduct training and development programs for employees.,Handle employee benefits and compensation packages.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.,Understanding of employee benefits and compensation strategies.
