📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.,Maintain and update IT infrastructure, including hardware and software.,Manage user accounts and access permissions.,Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Monitor network performance and ensure security.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT solutions meet business needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with IT security best practices and protocols.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
