📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.,Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company targets.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activities and performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.,Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.,Train and mentor junior sales team members to develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales tools.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
