Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.,Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support business goals and objectives.,Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.,Create and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data, ensuring alignment with business needs.,Ensure data quality and accuracy by implementing data validation processes and monitoring data integrity.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in data analysis practices.,Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of leading data analysis teams.,Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Understanding of business processes and the ability to align data analysis efforts with business objectives.,Certifications in data analysis or related fields are a plus.
