Root One Cemerlang is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead F&B Service to join our team in Tenggarong, Kalimantan Timur. As the Lead F&B Service, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality of service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the F&B service, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to company standards and customer expectations.,Train and supervise F&B staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product quality.,Manage inventory and ensure that all food and beverage items are stocked and prepared in a timely manner.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Work closely with the management team to ensure that the F&B service meets the needs of the customers and the company's goals.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the F&B service area.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the F&B service area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the F&B industry.,Proven track record of success in managing and supervising F&B staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well in a team and as part of a larger organization.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
