In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and cuisine is a plus.
