📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales activities.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products/services.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the local market and customer base is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is required.
