Your daily tasks will involve conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting equipment issues, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement maintenance schedules and upgrades.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance operations of multiple sites, including GP and P farms, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance using SCADA systems, PLCs, and IoT devices to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues, and coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and upgrade plans, aligning with industry best practices and company goals.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, driving continuous efficiency gains.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety and technical excellence.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including ISO and GMP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements and cost efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, with a focus on the poultry breeding industry.
• Certifications in mechanical and electrical systems, such as Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Energy Manager (CEM).
• Proven experience in implementing SCADA systems, PLCs, and IoT devices for predictive maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including ISO and GMP.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Proven track record of driving operational improvements and cost efficiency.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
