China Construction Third Engineering (M) is seeking a dedicated Safety Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of our construction sites. You will work closely with site managers and workers to implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct regular safety inspections, and provide training to enhance safety awareness. This is a crucial position that requires a proactive approach and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular safety inspections on construction sites to identify and address potential hazards.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.,Provide training and education to site workers on safety procedures, equipment operation, and emergency protocols.,Investigate accidents and incidents, and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken.,Maintain and update safety documentation, including incident reports, training records, and inspection logs.,Collaborate with site managers to ensure that safety measures are integrated into project planning and execution.,Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Promote a safety-first culture among all site personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety-related role, preferably in the construction industry.,Certification in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) or equivalent is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian safety regulations and industry standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with site personnel.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using safety management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
