📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and assistance to employees and management.,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and software.,Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and security.,Ensure the availability and reliability of IT systems and services.,Provide training and support to new employees.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or related roles.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware, and software.,Good understanding of network security and protocols.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in English.
