Max Port Group is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team in Ponorogo, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the strategic planning and operational management of our port activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in port management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the strategic planning and implementation of port operations.,Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient port activities.,Manage and supervise a team of port staff to achieve operational targets.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.,Coordinate with various stakeholders including government agencies, shipping lines, and other port operators.,Monitor and report on port performance metrics and KPIs.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in the development and implementation of new port projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Port Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in port management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of port operations and maritime laws.,Excellent leadership and management skills.,Proficient in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with port management software and systems.,Knowledge of safety and security protocols in port operations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
