📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth running of the restaurant.,Manage and train the kitchen and service staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Oversee inventory management and ensure efficient use of resources.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of the restaurant's menu and pricing strategy.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry.,Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high performance standards.
