Bright Bit Sejahtera is looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies that improve productivity and profitability. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from the office and remotely.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement strategies that improve productivity and profitability.,Manage and mentor a team of operations professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement new initiatives and projects.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.,Continuously seek out opportunities to improve operations and drive business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Familiarity with ERP systems and project management tools is a plus.,Ability to travel as needed.
