📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Provide expert retail consulting services to clients, including market analysis, sales forecasting, and operational improvements.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure high performance standards.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail sales.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall business goals.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales consulting or a similar role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.,Strong knowledge of the retail industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools.,Certifications in retail sales or related fields are a plus.
