📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of multiple stores, ensuring they meet sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Manage and develop a team of store managers, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.,Monitor store performance, including sales, inventory, and customer service, and implement strategies to improve results.,Ensure all stores adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Work closely with the regional manager to ensure all stores are aligned with company goals and objectives.,Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, vendors, and customers.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of retail industry trends, best practices, and strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
