As a Lead Training Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our workforce by ensuring that our training initiatives are effective, engaging, and aligned with our organizational goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to meet the needs of the organization.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop training solutions.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide mentorship and guidance to junior training officers and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
