As a Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving the sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets.

This is a remote position based in Bali, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in Bali, with regular travel to client meetings in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound and inbound sales efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the advertising industry.
• Drive the sales pipeline by setting and achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns.
• Attend and participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales development or a related role.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the advertising industry and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
