Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of our commercial properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet safety and quality standards.Manage and coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair work.Develop and implement property management strategies to improve efficiency and tenant satisfaction.Ensure compliance with all local regulations and building codes.Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.Maintain accurate records of property maintenance and tenant information.Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any issues.Work with the team to develop and implement property improvement projects.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Building Management, Property Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on commercial properties.Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage tenants and contractors.Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Experience with property maintenance software and tools.Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Ability to travel frequently to different properties for inspections and meetings.🛠️ Keahlian
