Bidang Yoga Store is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Staff Service (Cashier) to join our team in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. We are a growing retail store specializing in yoga equipment and apparel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling transactions, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional manner.,Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.,Process returns and exchanges as per company policy.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.,Assist in stocking and organizing products on the sales floor.,Provide product information and recommendations to customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Perform other related tasks as assigned by the store manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or retail environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.,Ability to stand for long periods of time.
