📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of the store.,Manage a team of store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase store revenue.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation to meet customer demand.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Promote and enforce company values and culture within the store team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
