🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and goals.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
