📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage incoming and outgoing goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high performance standards.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report to management.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Proven track record of managing inventory and warehouse operations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
