📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service to international guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
• Communicate effectively in both Korean and English, translating and interpreting as needed.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including room assignments and special requests.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
• Promote Asticom's services and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Korean and English, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work in various locations across Bali.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in hospitality or customer service preferred.
