Compliance Officer - Financial Services
PT Wadou Creative Art Indonesia is a rapidly growing company in the Banking & Financial Services sector, based in Semarang, Jawa Tengah. As a Compliance Officer, you will be at the forefront of ensuring regulatory adherence, mitigating risks, and fostering a culture of integrity within our organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape compliance strategies, implement robust policies, and drive continuous improvement in our operations.
In this dynamic role, you will work closely with our team to identify and address compliance issues, conduct regular audits, and ensure that all our financial activities are in line with applicable laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for training and educating our staff on compliance best practices, and for maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential compliance issues.
- Develop and implement compliance programs and procedures.
- Monitor and report on compliance-related activities and trends.
- Train and educate staff on compliance best practices and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all compliance-related activities.
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations, and ensure that our organization is always in compliance.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, preferably in the Banking & Financial Services sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
- Certification in compliance or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with compliance software such as SAP GRC or similar tools is a plus.
