📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations using tools like QuickBooks, Xero, or similar software.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and internal records.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other reporting requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure the timely processing of financial transactions.
• Stay updated with the latest financial regulations and best practices.
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience with financial software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• CACIB (Certified Accounting Clerk Indonesia) certification is a plus.
