📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Oversee vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of all event materials and services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
• Provide regular progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all events are executed to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event sales and project management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful events.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, or Asana.
• Familiarity with event planning software such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or Bizzabo.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
