In this role, you will be responsible for managing various construction projects, coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for preparing project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitoring project progress to ensure that all milestones are met. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing project risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and ensure that all milestones are met.
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management on project status and performance.
• Collaborate with the finance team to manage project budgets and ensure cost efficiencies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role.
• Proficient in using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry regulations and standards.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for project site visits.
