📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and affiliate networks to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and manage affiliate marketing programs, including commission structures, tracking systems, and performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for affiliate marketing.
• Monitor and report on the performance of affiliate marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that leverage the influence of KOLs and affiliate networks.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in affiliate marketing and digital advertising.
• Provide training and support to the sales team on affiliate marketing strategies and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and affiliate networks to ensure ongoing engagement and collaboration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital advertising, or a related field.
• Proficient in using affiliate marketing platforms such as Amazon Associates, CJ Affiliate, or Rakuten Advertising.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine marketing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficient in using data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
• Familiarity with industry-specific certifications such as Google Analytics Certified, Google Ads Certified, or Meta Blueprint.
