📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production scheduling, quality control, and inventory management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient workflow.
• Implement and monitor production processes using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including ISO 9001 and other relevant certifications.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team productivity.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to optimize production efficiency.
• Manage and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing production processes.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and manufacturing software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other relevant quality management systems are a plus.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including ISO 9001.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
