📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage store operational support functions including inventory management, facilities maintenance, and staff scheduling.
• Coordinate with store managers and other department heads to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
• Implement and monitor operational procedures to maintain high standards of service and quality.
• Lead and mentor a team of operational support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing store operational support functions.
